Click the Start Menu go to Programs then select Network and Dial-up Connections.

Double-click the Make New Connection icon.

A Network Connection Wizard will be displayed just click the Next button to continue.

Select Dial-up to the Internet, then click the Next button to continue.

Select I want to setup up my Internet connection manually, I want to connect through a local area network (LAN) then click the Next button to continue.

Select I connect through a phone line and a modem, then click the Next button to continue.

Enter the MosCom dial-up access number under Telephone number, then click the Next button to continue.

Enter your valid MosCom user-ID under User name and your password under Password, then click the Next button to continue.

You can type any name which refer to your dial-up connection. then click the Next button to continue.

Select No for skipping the email account setup section, then click the Next button to continue.

Uncheck the To connect to the Internet Immediately, select this box then click Finish option, then click the Finish button to finish creating the new dial-up connection.
