Procedures

  1. Starting from the Desktop right click the Microsoft Outlook icon, then select properties.


  2. From the Microsoft Outlook menus select Tools then click Services.


  3. If you have an existing Internet E-mail service listed, select it and click the Properties button, otherwise click the Add button for creating a new email account.


  4. If you clicked on the Add button, select the Internet E-mail service and then click OK for new email account.


  5. Under General tab, you can specify the mail account, display name and email address.


  6. Under Servers tab, you can change the Outgouing mail (SMTP) to smtp.mozcom.com (by default) and the Incoming mail (POP3) to mozcom.com, you can still edit your username and password.

    Note :

    The Outgoing mail server can also be configured into ...
    1. Under Outgoing mail (STMP) server used mozcom.com, but must put a check on My server requires authentication.

    2. For Ipass users the Outgoing mail (STMP) server is set to ipass-r.mozcom.com, put a check on My server requires authentication.


  7. Under Connection tab select Connect using my local area network (LAN), then click the Apply or Ok button to finished configuring the mail account


  8. Microsoft Outlook will prompt you that the services that been added will automatically run the next time Microsoft Outlook will be opened. Click Ok
