1. From the Apple menu get the System Preferences.

   

   Note :

   You may also open the System Preferences from the Dock Panel located at the bottom of your screen.



2. From the System Preferences, select Network. This will bring you the TCP/IP and PPP settings.

   



3. Under the TCP/IP box, set exactly as what you see below. Then click Apply Now to save the settings.

   



4. Next is to click PPP tab to show its window.

   



5. To confirm that you are using the correct modem, click its tab. Then save to complete your setup.

   

  Using the connection ...

1. Open your Hard Drive icon from the desktop. Pick the Application item where you will see the Internet Connect icon as displayed below.

   



2. Clicking the said icon will give you this window showing most of the configurations you did in the earlier part of the procedure.

   



3. Just press Connect to dial. You will see indication of being online and once you do, you are then ready to enjoy exploring the Internet.
