From the Start Menu go to Settings then select Control Panel.

On the upper left corner of the window click Switch to Classic View to display all the control panel icons.

Double click the Network Connections icon to start creating a new dial-up connection.

Under the Network Tasks, click Create New Connection.

A New Connection Wizard appear click the Next button to continue.

Select Connect to the Internet, then click the Next button to continue.

Select Set up my connection manually then click the Next button to continue.

Select Connect using a dial-up modem then click the Next button to continue.

You can type any name which refer to your dial-up connection, then click Next button to continue.

Enter the Moscom dial-up access number then click Next button to continue.

Enter your valid MosCom user-ID and password before clicking Next button to continue.

Put a check on Add a shortcut to this connection to my desktop., then click the Finish button to finish the connection wizard.
